War Review : Vegas Technology Table Game Reviews
War (from
Vegas Technology) was actually a children's game that became popular in casinos. It has no strategy, it is simply the ability to recognize which of the cards has a higher face value. It is played with a standard deck of 52 cards.

How to Play War:
You start off by choosing the amount you wish to wager, and then click the 'Deal' button. Once you click the 'Deal' button, you and the dealer will each be dealt 1 card.
Who ever has the higher value card wins! If your card is lower than the dealer, you lose, if your dealt card is higher than the dealer, you win! You can play only one hand at a time!
If you tie with the dealer, you can choose to either fold, in which half of your original bet is returned, or you can choose to "Go to War". If you decide to "Go to War," your bet is doubled and you and the dealer each receive 3 cards, face down, which are known as "burn cards" and will not be turned face up.

Following the "burn cards" is a final card dealt face up for both you and the dealer. There are 3 possible outcomes for your hand;
You can win and get your raise amount and your original amount will push; you will lose and lose your wagers, or you may tie and you win on your original wager and your second wager is pushed on the second tie.
The cards are ranked from 2 as the lowest card to ace as the highest card.
