High-Rolling Gambler Passed a Dud Check
Australian gaming giant Tabcorp has taken a $11.5 million hit after a "whale" gambler passed a dud cheque at one of the company's casinos!
Tabcorp declined to identify the player or the country of origin, but did say that the gambler was an international player and well-known throughout the region.
It's possible that the player was playing as much as three hundred thousand dollars per hand in
Baccarat. There are reportedly only around 30 "whales" in the world that gamble with such big stakes.
