ePassporte Warning!
ePassporte has been plagued by players who have stated that they have mysteriously lost money from their accounts. To make things worse ePassporte has been extremely slow in addressing these issues.
In one case reported to CasinoLowdown.com a customer's ePassporte virtual visa card was used to make unauthorized purchases of roughly 330 euros (approx $500) to buy train tickets in Italy (the customer lives in Australia). On the same day of these transactions the customer immediately informed ePassporte and submitted the appropriate forms to dispute the purchase. But after five months of emails back and forth with ePassporte it became obvious that ePassporte were not going to help with the matter.
We put this warning page on CasinoLowdown.com and email ePassporte with a link to this page. Soon after ePassporte suspended CasinoLowdown.com's account without giving any warning or opportunity to withdraw the small amount of cash in the account. ePassporte wrote to CasinoLowdown.com and said:
ePassporte monitors your account closely to insure that your funds are protected from fraudulent use. Your account has been temporarily suspended, pending our investigation, due to unusual activity.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact ePassporte as soon as possible.

ePassporte Cardholder Services
CasinoLowdown.com did not try to get the account open again. Instead we kept this page up for others as a warning of how unreliable ePassporte is.
We have learned that:
- ePassporte will not re-imburse any financial loss due to fraud.
- ePassporte does not care if someone gains access to your account.
- ePassporte does not conduct any security checks when changing your account information, therefore any fraudster may change the details.
- ePassporte can close your account whenever they please and without any valid reason.
- ePassporte doesn't give a damn about you or your money and will not help you should you fall victim to fraud.
We strongly recommend not to register with ePassporte. If you do, use at your own risk and keep funds to a minimum... or to the maximum amount you are willing to lose to this dodgy company!
Before you close your ePassporte account follow these simple steps:
1. Take out all of your money.
2. If you used another credit card for ePassporte security check, report that credit card stolen and get a new one.
3. Email ePassporte and ask them to close the account and delete all of your personal data.
ePassporte is operating in some island in the Caribbean and is most probably run by shady characters that will not hesitate to e.g. sell your personal information to other dodgy companies.
You have been warned! Do a Google search on ePassporte Scam or ePassporte Warning and you will find that hundreds of people have been scammed by this company!
