Jacks or Better follows the conventional rules of poker in regards to how the hands are formed. But apart from the regular hands there is a special hand in Jacks or Better, which are a pair of Jacks, Queens, Kings or Aces. So a pair of Jacks and better will always win.

Play Jacks or Better.

To start playing click Bet Level to set your bet between 1 to 5 coins. If you click on the up and down arrows of the Coin Value display you will also be able to change the coin value there.

To begin playing simply click Deal. Five cards will be dealt and you will have to decide if you will want to hold any of them. The suits you will be vying for include: a pair of jacks or better, three of a kind, a pair, straight, flush, full house, four of a kind, straight flush and a royal flush.

When you have cards that may form any of these suits, press the Hold button below each card you want to keep. After holding the right cards for your win click Deal again. The remaining cards will appear and you will be able to determine according to the paytable if and how much you have won - based on your initial bet. If you are playing 100 hands at a time the game goes through each hand looking for a win.

Every time you get a winning hand, you have the opportunity to bet your winnings in a Double Up game. The Double Up feature can be enabled by clicking the Gamble button. In the tools menu you may also choose to either start Double Up automatically every time you get a win or even disable the Double Up feature.

On Double Up a new screen is shown with a single card face down. You can choose to either:
