American Indians against online gambling
American Indian tribes spent a total of $25 million lobbying Congress in 2006 to ban wagering online and off Indian reservations.
Dozens of tribes want to build casinos and are strongly lobbying against online gambling. All of the wealthy gaming tribes support the new regulations and want to tighten control over gambling rights.
