Neteller adds Turkish and Polish versions

Neteller has launched country specific products in south and eastern Europe, emphasising new non-US signups, as well as a new live chat customer service.

The company found that bank transfers were a preferred method of paying at websites in Poland, whereas credit cards are more preferred in Turkey. This information was used to tailor the service for each region.

As well as country-specific products, Neteller has created 'Live Chat'. This allows users to communicate with Neteller customer service representatives with Voice over Internet Protocol. This can be conducted from any merchant site, in 30 languages.

During October of this year, 58% of these came from outside the US, 71% of which were from Europe.
