the dirvish is prety sweet man but it doesn't carve even like half as tight as the apex that and the original trucks make it so easy to slide you cant even like compare it to paris or randal. depending on what flex patter you get the apex is way more flexy and responsive. another thing it sits a lot lower to the ground then the dirvish even thoe the dirvish is a drop through because of the way the trucks are made this lowness makes for a better center of gravity making it much easer to do tricks

lol, i was deciding between a original and a loaded, im so glad i went loaded, got my dervish and never looked back, i had a good on a original apec 37 but dident really like it, id much rather the dervish, but that's my opinion, i had the money to spend.

Yeah I can understand the dilemma, the group we have in Gainesville is 50% loaded riders. Myself and one other guy represent Original. The Dervish actually rides higher than the Apex and is a little stiffer, but mainly you want to base it on the trucks. I have been riding Original for a good while, to the point where is I hop on a Dervish I have a hard time balancing because I an not used to the board not doing what I want it to do.
